You are responsible for ensuring that you can attend on the booked date and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and/or event insurance. No refunds, credits, or alternative dates will be offered for non-attendance due to circumstances beyond our control prior to arrival and including the day of arrival. In such cases, the booking, including any vouchers used toward payment, will be forfeited in full.
