Date Change Options for September Spa Day Offer
More than 21 days before arrival: You may change your date free of charge.
Between 7 and 21 days before arrival: Date changes are permitted subject to a fee of £25 per person each date change
Within 7 days of arrival (including the day of arrival) Date changes are not permitted, and the booking will be charged in full.
You are responsible for ensuring that you can attend on the booked date and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and/or event insurance. No refunds, credits, or alternative dates will be offered for non-attendance due to circumstances beyond our control within 7 days prior to arrival, including the day of arrival. In such cases, the booking, including any vouchers used toward payment, will be forfeited in full.
